Virtutis Unknown is currently free to use while it's in early access - there are no subscriptions, purchases or paid features. There's nothing to refund because nothing is being charged.
If that changes
If Virtutis Unknown introduces paid features in the future, this page will be updated before they launch to set out how refunds work for them.
Costs your agent incurs elsewhere
Your agent runs on your own infrastructure and models. Any costs it incurs there, such as model usage or hosting, are between you and those providers and aren't something Virtutis can refund.
