Every new organization gets a 7-day free trial. A card is required upfront, but you are not charged during the trial - it exists specifically so you can evaluate Fleet Tracker before any money changes hands.
Once the trial ends, $29.99/month (AUD) is charged automatically and recurs monthly until cancelled. Because the trial period exists to let you decide before being charged, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
Cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, but does not refund the current billing period - you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends.
If you were charged due to a genuine technical fault or billing error on our end, contact us - we'll look into it and refund where that's clearly what happened. This is assessed case by case, at our discretion.
